Is pricing per seat or per company?
Orbidex charges per company, not per seat. One flat monthly price covers your entire team — IT admins, staff, and end users. Add as many users as you need on Professional and Enterprise.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Company Settings page. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your data is retained for 30 days after cancellation so you can export it. After 30 days, it is permanently deleted. You can export tickets, assets, and all data in CSV format from the platform at any time.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing saves you 20% compared to monthly. Enterprise customers can negotiate custom annual terms. Contact sales@orbidex.app for a quote.
I manage multiple companies — is there a group plan?
